Fantastic MUST HAVE for any horse owner

I am actually looking for a second copy of this book to loan to friends. I highly recommend this book to any horse owner. As we all know sometimes we need to call a vet as our four legged horse friends get into trouble no and then. But this book helps horse owners deal with minor issues, feeding correctly from the start, and so much more. This book I can't even begin to explain how much it has helped me. My mare would probably not be around if it wasn't for this book. She had a massive injury at three years old and was to be on medication for life to manage pain and would've shortened her life and she was unrideable. After reading this book she is medication free, 17 years old and going strong, rideable, and loves life. Some people complain that the book doesn't give dosage info. I will bet they did not read it cover to cover. This book does not replace a vet. The book teaches you how to dose on your own. How to mix your own fly spray and natural wormer the worms do not develop a resistance to. The book teaches you how to do these things yourself not a one time recipe book cookie cutter option as all horses and environments they live in are different. Excellent book!!! Pretty cheap on amazon if you can't wait.
