Rachel has been on maternity leave for the last eight weeks. Her boss and one of her project managers are discussing her return and the potential repercussions for what they had done while she was gone. Max, Rachel's boss, had only involved Greg once he had already pulled the trigger on his idea. Rachel's recuperation from having twins just six weeks before was easy and, according to her doctor, she was doing leaps and bounds better than any other women in that same situation and he couldn't figure out why. Ultimately it was because of what Max had done. He should have told her, he should have asked her. This is her body, he has no right to be so selfish.
