Rock Thomas has written a fantastic book! Rock uses metaphors to teach and guide the reader to find their core identity. One metaphor Rock uses is that he says our identity is like the "Garden of Life" and he has you imagine that your life is like a garden that contains 8 parts. The parts are: Emotions, spiritual, family and friends, Intimate relationships, career, Financial, hobbies and health. Rock says that our failures and success comes down to what we focus on and he teaches how to focus on what you want. This book is written in a compassionate and easy to understand format and shows you how to find your core identity and to take charge of your life.
