Quality over quantity

For anyone looking for a quick read to not only help you recognize the importance of leadership but also the qualities of leadership this book is for you. While short it does a good job of outlining the characteristics of what makes a great leader and how to find and amplify the leadership qualities in yourself. The featured Author, Armen Tatiyants, does a great job of stressing the importance of finding a mentor in order to learn from the success of others, maintaining a positive outlook, developing a strong work ethic, the importance of providing for those you lead and not being afraid of risk. Overall this was a good refresher to have when you feel like you need more direction / motivation to continue down the path of being someone that others want to follow.
