Prayer Changes Things, then and now!

This book gave details about the decadent decline of our country after it's birth. These things had never been explained to me before. But a faithful God also heard from Heaven to honor the repentant cries of His children. This book will not only give you a completely different view of the history of The United States of America, it will give you hope that our cries may again be heard. At the very least, God will make hungry hearts pure.

A Call To Extraordinary Prayer

An excellent overview of the relationship between small prayer groups, "concerts of prayer", and optimistic eschatology in relation to missionary progress and reformation in church and society. Unlike most "prayer" books which chronicle the author's latest warm fuzzy feelings while praying or latest conversation with some malevolent spirit, this work is a solid yet brief and interesting historical survey of the relationship between prayer and the advance of Christ's Kingdom. Anyone interested in the BIG PICTURE of prayer and revival needs to read this as an excellent modern introduction to the subject. Informative, yet very practical and encouraging too.
