Pathfinder for My Granddaughter

Simple words packed with meaning on a topic very revelant and important to my 22 month old granddgt. She sometimes wants it read twice in a row. It seems to me that the book gives her empathy and friendship as she develops her skills. The illustrations are edge to edge murals of the characters and the train and so coloful and expressive. The facial expressions on the three characters clearly depict the feelings of potty training. I truly love this book for how it builds into my granddgt.

For your toddler that is obsessed with trains.

If your toddler is obsessed with trains and you’re obsessed with the idea that you might some day not have to change another diaper, this book is for you - I mean your kid. My two year old is really loving trains right now and we’ve just started introducing the concepts for the potty and I was looking for fun books we could read when he decides to try to go. This book looked funny and is decently entertaining for toddlers and parents. It doesn’t go into depth about how or what your potty situation looks like but my kid has asked for it more than once and loves the sound effects.

the potty train is a winner

our two year old daughter loves the potty train. she was showing all the signs of being ready for the potty but this was the book that turned theory into practice. she loves to sit on her potty with the book in her lap and a big "choo choo" as things started to happen. a wonderful book, very engaging for small children. our six year old even liked it, especially the last page (and i aint going to spoil the surprise for you). i would highly recommend this book for anyone with a child ready to take the next step in life's great adventure.

A must for train lovers

I have a Thomas fanatic on my hands, so anything with trains is a hit. My son was repeating the book after only one read and thought it was great fun. We'll see how much it really helps with the potty training, but I think it is a fun way to introduce the topic to him!

wonderful - my 2-year old loves it

My 2-year old boy loves this book - it's nicely done with simple story line with wonderful characters/animals in the book. I enjoy reading it to my boy too...

What a fun and magical trip! My son loves the book- it is already a must read at potty and bed time. This will make my "book basket" I deliver to friends when they deliver. The colors and story are just great!

Finally, an entertaining book on potty training

I just picked up a copy of this book--it is terrific! We are reading it with our almost 2-yr old son in the hope that it will get him excited about potty training. He now runs around the house yelling, "chugga poo poo!" It's the first book about the topic that I've seen that is entertaining for the kids as well as the parents. If only we had this book when our older son was potty training.
