Trees have been on the planet earth for a really, really long time They help clean the air we breathe, they provide different foods for us, animals and insects, like fruit and nuts, and their wood helps people in many different ways. Some trees are HUGE, and some are very SMALL. Some are made of hard wood, and some are made of softer wood. But the really fun thing about trees, it that we can get all different sizes of sticks from them, which allows us to pretend that the stick is something special, and it then becomes a "POSSIBLE STICK"
