A Wide Selection of documents and writings from America's Founding

This book is a collection of writings and documents from the Mayflower's landing at Plymouth, all the way through the American Revolution. The book contains your standard American documents such as the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, and the Constitution. But you also have some lesser known gems such as various writings by Franklin, Washington, Revere, both Samuel and John Adams, and more. It also includes the lyrics to various period songs such as the Liberty Song by John Dickinson, Hail Columbia, a song about the Boston Tea Party, and others. Lyrics only though, no musical scoring. There are definitely other comprehensive books like this out there, but this one covers information that your average book of this sort doesn't normally include. So definitely consider this book if you're looking for some good information about the founding of America.
