The Poets' Corner is a serialized drama involving four Yale freshmen. They are iconic and archetypal and embody much of the human experience in their actions. Each episode finds three seeming godfathers tending to the frailty of their vulnerable roommate. And they often counteract and undo each other's plans. It is notable both for the momentum of its stories and its lovely language. Like the stirring melodrama it is it earns its title both in style and emotion.
