The Pocket Cook Book

My Mom gave this book to me as a pre-wedding gift in 1964. It has been my little cooking bible ever since. Unfortunately my dog got a hold of it many years ago and I am missing all pages through page 38. This book has recipes in it that I have used consistently for the past 37 years.

It's been my reference book since I married in 1954.

I have had this book since I married at 18. It is showing a lot of wear, including missing the first 85 pages. What I needed today was on page 56, so it is time to find and buy one in better shape. Terrific book for beginners to the well experienced.

The best little cookbook around

This book was given to us 53 years ago when we were married. At the present time it is held together with four rubber bands.If you are from Penna., they are gum bands. You can find anything you could possibly need to cook in this book. To save space in your kitchen just buy one book. "The Pocket Cook Book" by Elizabeth Woody
