The Plea

The Plea is a thrilling conclusion to Joe Kavinsky's role in capturing and bringing to justice a gang of drug smugglers terrorizing the Upper Midwest with drugs and death. But before the judge makes a decision, Kavinsky also becomes involved in the capture of another woman...the killer of Joe's police partner who also helped to round up the terrorists.
