The last time Elizabeth spoke to her boyfriend Andy, was shortly before he boarded United Airlines Flight 175 on September 11, 2001. When his plane struck the South Tower of the World Trade Center, Elizabeth's world collapsed. Years of grief, drinking, and depression plagued her life until she eventually rebuilt and gave up the ghost.
