I imagine that, if you start reading this book, it is because you are among that minority that wants to develop, and surely you hope that it will offer you a guide to be able to put into practice what so many traditions and philosophies have advocated for centuries and now scientific studies corroborate: that the development of our mental abilities to expand our potential and our -apparently- severed existence IS possible.
