"I am a deconstructionist abstractionist. I deconstruct images and meaning into basic symbols and representations. As someone close to me pointed out, these symbols and representations are not universal. This is a distillation of imagery into personal symbols to seek some selfish understanding that my ego hopes you might find some meaning in. Or not. Maybe you'll just find repulsion and disgust. And that's ok too. You reacted. The art served its purpose. What meaning you glean is up to you and not subject to my interpretations. Here is my personal statement, intentionally disconnected from most universal standards so that my journey looks completely different through a thousand eyes and thus each of us draws our own parallels. It's about perspective. It's about breaking pictures, words, feeling, life into a myriad of pieces; boiling them down to basic ingredients; and throwing the leftovers randomly, but with obsessive purpose onto a tangible form. I am an artist with the mind of a scientist, the methodology of an engineer, and a self-contradicting anarchist/anti-authoritarian/chaotic streak. If none of that made sense to you, then you are just beginning to understand me. Come get lost with me. You never know what we may find."
