Some versions say “Phoenix Incident,” 2016 Some versions say “The Phoenix Incident” 2015 Purposely could not afford a steady camera, so you will have to take your Dramamine before watching, as it never gets better. A bunch of sound bites and inferences (did it? Could it? Is it? Etc.) The filming locations are: Phoenix, Arizona, USA (Sighting Location) Los Angeles, California, USA (Family Interviews) It is all actors (no-name actors) pretending to be people.
