The Periodik Change In Me= U is for the person that wants change and understands the need for a process in connection to it. Periodik refers to the science correlation of the book such as the scientific method. This concept is taught at an early age to help the individual comprehend a process to acquire knowledge done under the umbrella of science. Within that model, there are defined steps which are equally important and yield key information for the next stage. This book is for the everyday person that goes through trial and tribulations in their relationships with family members, children, and spouses. It is also for the person that desires structure in their attempt to navigate through any situation dealing with money, school, church, organization, and personal. It describes process, cause and effect, and how we should use a scientific method model to navigate through our struggles. This is very essential because, at times, we have bias and other lenses preventing us from dissecting the root of our problems. The use of this model helps avoid that by the stages such as: 1) asking the right question, 2) having a hypothesis, 3) experimentation to test the hypothesis, 4) round two of the experimentation to narrow the results, 5) analyze the data/ draw conclusions, 6) communicate your results. Life has its own set of storms and opposed to simply avoiding them, understanding better how to tackle them with this model should be a priority and will give us better control over our circumstances. I shared personal stories in the form of essays of how I weathered storms in respect to my up-bringing, family issues, schooling, and faith. Everything we do in life will require step-by-step focus, not having structure in how we should attack our situations may yield a circular end result, one that is endless. Considering the scientific method, it is the foundation of breaking down any problem and it could be applied to yours.
