When referring the Perfect Executive Team, I am describing a perfect process for interacting as an executive team. Members cannot be perfect. There is no such thing as a "perfect person." It is not even a concept that is worth considering. We can, however, strive to perfect our interactions with others as we understand how certain personality traits and the consequent behavior are interfering with the Perfect Process. The Perfect Executive Team is a goal towards which we strive. It is an ideal rooted in the Buddhist Tradition of the Perfections. The Buddhists teach that there are 10 specific "paramitas" or "perfections," that when followed, the conditions are created for Spiritual Enlightenment. These Perfections are Humility, Patience, Generosity, Friendliness, Renunciation, Wisdom, Honesty, Determination, Friendliness, and Equanimity. The Perfect Executive Team is the text used for Dr. Ehrlich's training seminar.
