What little control the Assembly had is quickly falling out of their grasp as their precious Hazard Codes disappear. The Assembly blames the Sovereigns and places a bounty on the former royals. But there are those who resist, knowing that the Sovers still have integral skills that will reshape the future of the dying People's Order.
