The Handbook probably can't teach you how to have inner-peace. Sorry about that. So don't buy it because you think it will. Buy it because all the suffering inside and outside most of us needs to come to a stop. Buy it because sometimes this world seems like it's going crazy. Buy it because you're tired of the unrest and disorder. Buy it because you want to do something about it. Buy it because you understand what the word devotion means and you are devoted to your own mental health and well-being. Buy it because you know the profits go to help fund Peace Student Nation, a community of people devoted to expanding peace in our world.As far as what's in the handbook...it's an adaptation of "the Book of the Way" by Laotse. It's short and easy to read. It's not so much a step by step guide to peace as it is an introduction to it. It reminds us that being at peace in our lives is the most-optimal life we can have. It should be kinda what we're going for down here.The handbook can remind you that inner-peace is better than inner-stress. It can remind you that people who have a lot of peace in their lives often have a smile on their face. It can remind you that the peaceful always have clarity of mind and seem to know just what to do.It can remind you that people who truly have inner-peace don't cause mass shootings and terrorism. People who are at inner-peace in their lives are very rarely suffering from mental illness, anger-management problems, depression, or anxiety. The handbook can remind you that people who are at peace don't want to hurt other people. The people who've found peace are happy, vibrant, and alive. Maybe the best way to put it is that people who have inner-peace are not suffering from anything and they're not causing any suffering to others. Imagine living in a world like that. Better yet, just start living like that and watch as the world transforms before your eyes. Read the book and then when you're done toss it aside or give it away to someone else.
