I created the PDA-Saurus to help neurodivergent children understand themselves better. Navigating PDA can often feel isolating and lonely. Growing up with undiagnosed autism and a PDA profile left me feeling like an alien and I am hoping to help children feel more seen and understood.

The PDA-Saurus is a dinosaur with similar struggles, she feels as though everyone has autonomy except her. She goes on an adventure to find her autonomy but will she find it?

This book is not only for children, but also for parents, carers and teachers. It aims to offer insight into what PDA might feel like and effective ways to offer support.
