Al Qaeda and its leaders are on the run but they have some help from one of our major adversaries. A deal is struck with Russia to help them but there are terms... of course. Al Qaeda must do two things... 1) begin to help Russia secure its distant borders and 2) help defeat the US in Afghanistan. In return, Russia will provide al Qaeda with both bio and nuclear weapon technology... the needed beginnings for their revenge. They agree and the battle begins. Al Qaeda biochemical attacks are initiated in several border countries so Russia can come to the rescue and then occupy the countries. At the same time, massive amounts of money, material and fighters are being sent to challenge the US in Afghanistan. The US team is busy fighting back on two fronts. In the meantime, al Qaeda decides it would be better to go after nuclear weapons themselves (not just technology) and Pakistan becomes the obvious target. The US team must find a way to protect Pakistan's nuclear weapons and stop al Qaeda once and for all.
