Weak plot

While I hate trashing books because I know it’s hard to write a novel I found this book weak. You hate all the characters especially Kim. A bad thing happens and it’s treated like no big deal with everyone going out of their way to give the victim any time in the story. It’s left very with a very open ending with no resolution. It’s one of those books that you can be into as a busy book but once it’s finished and you’re reflecting you realize it just wasn’t good. It had potential but fell short.
