Jack and Jamie knew that being a voice for the dead was risky, but they didn't expect the Watchers.
Working undercover for the new commissioner, Jack and Jamie have a lot to juggle.
They've been tasked with rooting out which remaining Harbor Police Department cops are criminals, while working as private investigators and a mass casualty event right in the middle of a downtown park brings out all kinds of people - including a large number of ghosts from those that died too soon and in a horrific way.

Suspicion is that the attack was both homegrown and local organized crime.
