The participative approach as a management tool

The participative approach to management highlights an epistemology of collective action where knowledge management imposes an integrated management of knowledge with a data bank to have the different types of knowledge at hand. Diversity management is established as an articulation of identity and cultural schemas with a co-construction of knowledge according to the socioconstructivist prism; optimising the deployment of human capital through democratic participation in company work and through epistemological engineering promoting an inclusive political process. Communication is essential for participative management, as it presides over the harmonisation of corporate representations, values and standards through constructive dialogue aimed at concerted collective action, a guarantee of efficiency. The participative approach is a systemic evolution, emulating complementarity and coherence through the creation of teams that catalyse perfectibility. Involving everyone in a dynamic monitoring system encourages inventiveness and creativity to capture the subtleties of change and ward off obsolescence through innovation.
