This is a battle between two people, Pau and Maynot. It extends beyond literary rights to personal bankruptcy and unexpected pregnancy. Pau, in pursuit of his royalties, culminates in a supposed New York book fair and then much later to Beijing for a book signing. In between Pau hits Morocco aborting a Ukraine war effort. Afterwards, there is a son and a much needed vacation in Jamaica. It all comes to a head after Junior kills himself in which Pau resigns himself to AA, the midterms, the inflation, and the idiocy of a sleeping public upon which he thereby decides to keep his books to himself. About the Author: Al is man who reflects on all the birds he would have liked to have defeathered.
