There are so many nonduality writers emerging that the shear critical mass of the nondual message is taking it to the broader world outside the traditional spiritual readership. Stephen is on the leading edge of those who write without any eastern, traditional, or religious references. To him, it's all simple wisdom in plain sight and available to anyone whose attention is drawn to it. If you're ready to explore nonduality with a guy you'd be comfortable going out for a beer with (or a ball-game), this is a good place to start. Stephen's voice is fresh, straightforward, and he comes across as a "regular guy."
Non Dual simplified
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 17 years ago
Stephen has tried to explain the non-dual teachings and his interactions with various people. His ideas and conversations cut deep, if you are truly serious in the path. For that matter, if you are not serious enough, it looks like any other book. The book is a series of conversations and interactions that Stephen had with different people. Some of them are very similar to your thoughts / questions and hence will help you to get to the point. For me, the most important thing while reading the book was to identify the conversations that were similar to the questions that I had. There are so many pointers to the reality and the important thing is to start recognizing the truth. If you are collector of the name boards, it wont help much. If you are reading this, that means you are searching for the truth. May you get back home very soon. Love
