The Outpost TV Series, 2018–2021.
This is sort of a cross between a Hallmark movie and A medieval fairy tale. It is sort of a version of the Princess and the Pea. The princess, Lady Gwynn Calkussar (Imogen Waterhouse), and we see several people peeing. Several mediocre actors weave in and out of each episode. We have several running themes of good people versus bad people. Toss in a few monsters and graphic scenes, and we have a series worth binge-watching. We have a few mixed races playing a different few fake races. But none of this girl-on-girl or boy-on-boy stuff. Lots of barbarians and sword play, but not excessive blood and guts. Oh, yes, a running theme is the color of the blood.
The bulk of the story takes place in or near “The Outpost.” So, this could have made a good stage play. You will not be disappointed, as they know this series will have an end and wrap up all the main mysteries before the closeout.
