The Outdoorsman Devotional: 31 Action Provoking Devotions

On June 27th, 2019, my youngest son was working as an Ohio State Highway Trooper and was involved in a head-on crash with an impaired driver. The crash left him critically injured and on life support. He was in a comma for forty two days and was miraculously discharged from the hospital exactly two months from the day of the crash. In Just a month after he was discharged, we went fishing and in September of 2020 we went deer hunting. Shortly after the crash I would send out nightly updates on his condition and a brief thought for the day. These updates and daily thoughts were sent to around thirty people. Many of whom had begun to look forward to them every night. God, through a tragedy, had opened a door for Him to work through and it continues still to this day. These devotionals are for those who desire to be challenged. They speak of faith, trials, soul winning, obedience, power, and authority.I have included space for scripture, faith confessions, and a short prayer. My prayer is that this devotional book will help empower you to do the work of Jesus on this earth.
