The Story may not be a vicious cycle, but life is. Drake was a great man of untapped potential. He had almost everything he ever wanted but bad people and choices took those away from him. He suffered the passions of man and rose to the challenges of his city of East L.A. and ultimately, the world.

With his four comrades, Drake formed a council to overthrow the apathy of mankind. The sins of man must be controlled and realized for civilization to improve. Drake and his "Outcasters" ruled a city for years before groups of hate shut them down.

Drake redeemed little against his old enemy. In another reality, he flew to the shiny tower and obliterated the reign of alien kind. All that he did, all that his comrades did was for love and peace in a new day.

Only the children can make its creators proud and true for there's an outcast inside each and every one of you.
