Book Overview

Una and Trixie are two sisters who share adventures. They learn that they can enter the Fairy World by standing on their chalk art pictures. In Book One: Una and Trixie, they find the neighbor boy's lost tortoise and rescue a fairy with the help of the Head Gnome and the Blue Dragon. To do so, they have to learn to get along and work together.In Book 2: Sidewalk Chalk Art, they rescue a fairy from a little girl and take the fairy back to her home, the Land of the Light Fairy. Again, Draco, the Blue Dragon helps them. Each girl receives a present from the Light Fairy: a heart shaped locket for Una and wings for Trixie. Draco also gives Trixie one of his scales.In this Book 3: Osprey Nest, Trixie will learn more about the scale and use it to help an osprey chick on the nest. She and Una will learn to recognize each other's point of view so that they can rescue a fairy from the harbor fairies and send her back home.
