Prof Shao complied this book after his first, Asiatic Influences in Pre-Columbian American Art. It is a pleasure to learn from Prof Shao in this good volume. He had good knowledge on Chinese and Native American cultures to be able to tell the similarities and differences. His detail comparison is impressive full of pictures Native Americans had been in the New World-Turtle Island for thousand years. It makes one wonder whether Columbus was the first or last to "discover" America. This book satisfies our interest and motives for more research
