A thousand years ago, an empire had been fractured. The emperor was lost along with the magical green orbs that possess unimaginable power. The orbs, only the size of a large round marble, control a stream of time through the past, present, and future. A fourth orb stands outside of time and opens the doors to unfathomable dimensions of other worlds and places, some not subject to the same physical laws. Now a renewed effort by the evil forces of Baal, the faceless one, is set in motion to conquest the kingdom once and for all. A supernatural calling goes forth, selecting those for a quest to restore the empire. The armies of man must hold against the evil of Baal until this quest is completed. Yet the quest seems impossible. Ancient allies of legend and myth must be sought. The spirit world must be visited. And at the end of their quest is the mysterious and hidden Valley of the Gods.
