The Oracle of Delphi

By Elizabeth Rose

Two quests. Two lives at stake. One impossible choice.

The Demigod:
Perseus, son of Zeus, must slay the Gorgon Medusa and return with her head-or his mortal mother will die. Seeking guidance, he journeys to the Oracle of Delphi, where a beautiful woman sits upon the oracle's throne. But the answers she gives him conceal a dangerous deception that could change both their destinies.

The Princess:
Princess Andromeda faces a terrible fate. To save her people, she must be sacrificed to a monstrous sea serpent. Desperate for another way, she secretly takes the oracle's place, hoping to discover how to escape her destiny.
When Perseus enters the cave, Andromeda learns that only he can save her. Pretending to be the oracle, she sends him on her quest instead of his own.
But when the truth is revealed, Perseus must make an impossible choice.

Will he save the mother he loves-or the woman who has stolen his heart?
