This book has it all from Accountants Letters to Travel Letters and everything else in between. If you have ever wrote a letter and where unsure just how to state what you wanted to say, then this is the book for you.

A lifesaver with great suggestions on "how to say it"

This book has lots of great letters for nearly every situation. I have used a lot of them (with slight modifications) for personal situations like dealing with poor customer service, in addition to work dilemnas. My family sent me their copy of this book and my brother complains that sending the book out of the state was the worst mistake they ever made. I plan to surprise him with his own copy. Highly recommended to make difficult situations easy - just type up a great letter and mail it! Voila, problem solved.
