Omukago brings about blood relationship between two people who are strangers to each other. Even if the two people have differences in race, clan or tribe, once they enter into a blood pact with each other, they are one in blood. So the covenant of Omukago takes root in the way of living and once joined, they keep helping each other. Looking at Omukago as a pact, one sees that as ritual which is intended to symbolise unity, love, people live with one another in harmony.Omukago ritual can be inculturated into Christian doctrine as a means of Evangelization.
