The Office and the Ministry of the Prophet

Jesus upon His ascension to His Father left five gifts to certify the "equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry". The Foundation, Doctrine, Character, Message, and Ministry of the Church are to be guided by these giftings. The role of the Prophet and the operation of the "Prophetic" ministry to and within the Church has many times been misunderstood and met with grave criticism. The Call, Preparation, and Assignment of this Office needs much clarification for its proper position and empowerment for the Church's matured efficiency as representatives of the Gospel and it's message.
