Im very happy with this purchase. The book is in great shape. The only way you know it was pre-owned is the handwriting inside the front cover.

Miniature

This book is the size of a Christmas ornament. I wish that had been written in the description. I regret this purchase unfortunately.

The Nutcracker

The story is well-known, but the beauty of this book made it seem brand new. Not only is the cover exquisite, but the art and illustrations inside the book are fantastic. The little Nutcracker page-marker is a lovely extra. Just loved it!

THE BOOK WAS GREAT. IT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. THERE WAS EVEN A SMALL METAL NUTCRACKER BOOKMARKER WITH RED RIBBON TO MARK THE PAGES. THE GRANDCHILDREN LOVED IT.

A beautiful book

My daughters are still too young to sit through the whole story, but I wanted to get this (at a fantastic bargain price) for next Christmas when my oldest will be almost 5 and able to handle one chapter each evening. It's true to the original text with gorgeous illustrations. A classic that I know we will enjoy for many years. I bought a second copy for a friend's family, and they are also looking forward to December to read it as a family.

Beautiful Book

This book is a treasure. My 8 yr. old daughter danced in the Nutcracker Suite Ballet and I got this book for her in place of the traditional flowers for her outstanding performance and she LOVED it and has read it several times over. The art in the book is beautiful and it is truly an heirloom book to be handed down for generations.

This is truly a beautiful book. The illustrations are remarkable, and it's as good as the movie. The illustrations really capture your attention, and you feel as if you are there with Maria.I recommend this book to anyone looking for a beautiful edition of The Nutcracker.
