I was hooked the second I started reading! SO GOOD ❄️💙

Truly like I said, I was hooked by the first few chapters. Beauty and the beast is one of my favorite fairytales and Persephone and Hades two deities I very much enjoy reading about so this book was beyond enjoyable. I laughed, I cried, I rolled my eyes at the characters, but I also loved following along on the journey and getting to learn new things about both characters along the way. The story melts perfectly much like the North Wind himself! The story defrosts every mystery at the perfect moment. The romance really shines through but never at the expense of the magic and imagery of the world itself. There’s a perfect amount of humanity, desire, spice, and bittersweetness in this story. The relationship between Wren and Boreas is perfection, an enemies to lovers slow burn that hits you hard and keeps you on the edge of your seat as you experience Wrens inner turmoil and conflict with her. Also I’d love to mention how much I LOVE all the side characters and plot twists! Overall, one of my new favorite books. Got my hands on the second book of the series immediately and have just started reading it!
