Super book

This is a great book with a number of phenomenal recipes. The book is worth the cost, just for the Italian Beef recipe.

Great recipes for any party

Get ready for the start of another professional football season with this great cookbook. You'll have plenty of food during every game this season with over 150 recipes to choose from. The author also includes brief facts about each team and a blurb about food in the city. You can mix and match recipes from throughout the book for a football party (or any other party), or you can follow the suggestions for the Bears game-day party (including Nachos Ai Chihuahua, which I can say from personal experience is both easy to make and popular with a crowd). Get everything from appetizers to sandwiches and desserts to drinks in this cookbook that features mouthwatering pictures.

excellent , innovative cookbook

i have a husband who loves to try new recipes. he also loves football. the recipes are easy to follow and he prides himself in choosing new recipe and serving it. we both enjoy watching football. and a plus for me is that he gets to cook on football sunday!

Great, Easy to Tackle Recipes!

We found this cookbook when we were looking for January posts for our website. Although we are not football fans, we ARE food fans...but this book is really interesting! The recipes are fantastic, the photographs are great, and the content is really interesting, both about the teams and the cities they represent! This book would make a great gift, not just for the football enthousiasts, but high school/college grads, fathers, grandfather's, cheerleaders, or anyone who likes to host game parties or even likes simple, good, food. As always, to really review the book, we tried a recipe, Creamy Coleslaw, page 195, and it was not only easy, but also delicious! It may well become one of our favorite coleslaw recipes! Game days taste much better!

Since receiving this book we have now made several dishes each week of the season. Each recipe gets better and better. I hope to make our way thru most of them before the season is over. I highly recommend this book.
