This modern translation of the New Testament is very readable.

I use it frequently when I’m using other versions for study. It helps me get the gist of a text quickly. I also like it when I just want to sit and read. The style is much warmer than other translations I use, and a little British-y here and there. I hope Wright does the OT too.
