A prescient collection of essays . . .

I first read this book in January, 1998. It's analysis of the political heart of the majority of U.S. voters has turned out to have been eerily prescient. The collection of essays presents an intriguing array of voices, each of whom writes simply, directly and persuasively. Some honest-to-goodness NEW ideas, well presented.
