I just received the book (purchased a used one,package arrived in good condition),browsed pages (with lots of pictures)and picked one to start my trials;I was amazed of the good condition of a used book.The recipes are very easy to understand,not hard to find ingredients, and good variety,good explanations,clear and a lot of pictures,simple and easy directions. Lots of great breads in this book--Banana Nut Swirl Bread, Moravian Love Buns, and whole-grain recipes. There are quite a few breads using the dough only cycle, including a selection of holiday breads from around the world. One thing that makes these books unique is their full size and lush color photos. [Use a cookbook protector as you'll be sorry to get them floured. ;^)]If you've grown tired of throwing a mix in the machine and ending up with "box" bread, then this is the book for you.
