The New Batch: Like Gremlins, Add Water & We Multiply

Who recalls the movie, the Gremlins? What would the Gremlins have to do with the Lord? Let me share with you. I love writing and speaking in parables like Jesus.. I love collecting toys, especially those from the 80's. As I fill up on the word of God, and reflect on the characters and story line, these messages come to me. These messages allow us to see the word of God in all things. Not that the movie has anything to do with God, but God gave me an example through it. As we are baptized and that water is applied we are to be fruitful and multiply. The gremlins did not become evil until they ate after midnight, much like our behavior changes when we eat of sinful ways in the darkness. When water was applied to the Gremlins they simply multiplied. When we are baptized we should multiply, and cause more to be drawn to the Lord through our attributes that God gifts us with from the Holy Spirit.
