This is as Good or better than the first Ten Minute Cookbook. The receipts are clear & easy to prepare with Great Results. Makes having a Gourmet dinner for two or more a snap with little to no waste. Excellant for those on a budget to make wonderful dishes with everyday ingredients. Have made about 60% of the appts & entrees with great success. A definate Must Have for people who enjoy Gourmet Foods plus the benefit of being economical.
