Dating and relationships can be tough, especially if you are queer, trans, neurodivergent or all of the above. From reading social cues in queer flirting and coping with rejection sensitivity, to dopamine-seeking in intimacy and navigating the 'what we are?' conversation, being autistic and having ADHD might make it feel like finding and maintaining connections is harder for you than your neurotypical friends.
