The Negative Shouts...: (The Positive Only Whispers.)

Why must the negative be so obnoxiously confident? Why must the positive be so retiring and modest? Am I right to whine so self-indulgently? A stoic once said that life is a dog tied to a horse cart; the dog can either walk or be dragged. This is my effort to whine so loudly that the horse will loose itself from its harness and flee, leaving the cart immobile so the dog can lie down in the sun.
