The story is all about a naughty little old goblin named Gibby, who chooses a life of misery towards the village folk. He is forever going around stealing buns from Sophie the adorable fairy, nuts from Basher the squirrel, all this to feed his round tummy. Frightening young Brownies, to hurting a black kitten named Crystal, just for fun. The villagers have tried punishing Gibby, but no matter what punishment they gave him, he carries on stealing and he still remains a menace. But he met his match when he messed with that little black kitten. You see she is no ordinary kitten, this kitten belongs to a witch who goes by the name of Witch Hazel-Eyes. With her special shrinking potion and the aid of Crystal the kitten, they both embark on journey to the village, to find this naught goblin to teach him a lesson he will not forget.
