The Nations at Rage

In Psalms 2:1, a very critical question was asked: "why do the Nations(Heathen) Rage, and the people imagine vain thing?". The same question came up again in Acts 4:25, apparently quoting from the same book of Psalms. In this book, 'The Nations At Rage', additional questions were asked.
