The Nationality and Law of Foundational Black Americans

Race and identity are important issues among the former enslaved people of the United States. This results, from the reality that many of these folk do not want to be identified as Black or Negro. Racism has made many American descendants of slaves (ADOS), and Blacks generally in the United States to refuse to be identified as Blacks. They refuse to identify as Blacks, because this term has come to denote a person inferior to the dominant white population. In this book we will explore the genesis of so-called Blacks in the United States of America (U.S.A.), since the first Europeans settled the U.S.A., up until today. Herein, I discuss the tripartite origin of the ADOS, from Aboriginal Black Indians, Black Irish and Sub-Saharan Africans (SSA), who form the foundation of the ADOS population and how they are recognized pursuant to the law of nationality.
