A Little Bit Of Simon Bolivar History

As most of Barbara Cartland's books the Naked Battle focuses on a particular time in history: The victories of General Simon Bolivar. Lucinda is an English woman whom along with her father and sister journies to South America where a Revolution is occuring. When they are there large celebrations are being held for General Bolivar as he is defeating the Spanish rule. Lucinda one day goes to the back of her house to the garden and there finds the wounded Spaniard Don Carlos. She and her servant nurse him back to health. She falls in love with him but can't understand how he can support the Spaniards. After he is gone she finds out he is a spy for the Patriots. She finds out about a trap set to kill him. She rushes to his rescue but does she get there in time?
